2. Service Areas & Delivery Restrictions

We deliver to all accessible residential and commercial addresses within the United Arab Emirates.

No P.O. Boxes: Our courier partners require a physical street address, contact phone number, and a pin drop location to ensure exact delivery.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to certain remote or non-mainland areas (e.g., specific Western Region zones in Abu Dhabi) may take 2–3 business days and could incur a remote area surcharge.
3. Order Tracking & Delivery Attempts

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing a direct tracking link.

Delivery Confirmation: Our courier partner will call or WhatsApp you prior to delivery to confirm your availability.

Failed Attempts: If you are unreachable, the courier will make up to two additional delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our fulfillment center, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
